Amazing service and quality. Ali was at my house within 3 hours of my post. He brought the exact samples that I requested to see. He was super nice and accommodating without a single hard sell pressure tactic, which is refreshing. Within a week, on a holiday, Diego and Rich ( ( who are 2 of the nicest, most courteous men I have met) showed up to prepare the area. Within an hour, Ali showed up with the carpet and to oversee project. The carpet was laid beautifully with 1/2" memory foam padding. It's absolutely beautiful ! A job well done. Nice. Simple. Price is right and the men are honest. No hidden fees on the day of install. I am super pleased
