- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly keeping abreast of the newest technology and innovations through books, webinars and research. Otherwise, you end up trying to play catch up and customers can lose their competitive edge.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was in college, I became fascinated with the psychology behind marketing. The human mind works in somewhat predictable ways, and companies can cause people to take action using specific words, colors, emotions and images to connect to the prospect's existing desires, needs and fears. I am obsessed with helping companies tap into their market's heads and offering them the solutions they need and want.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone who asks a lot of questions about things that you take for granted. This is someone who can help you break out of your sales plateau and take you to a whole new level.
