FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always transparent and based on the type of notarization or signing service needed. Florida law sets a maximum fee of $10 per notarized signature, and travel or mobile service fees are agreed upon in advance. Loan signing and real estate closing fees vary by document type and distance. I don’t add hidden charges, everything is discussed upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client reaches out, I first confirm the type of document and identification requirements, then schedule a convenient time and location. I arrive prepared with the proper notarial certificates and always double-check documents for accuracy. After notarization, I provide receipts, scanbacks if needed, and clear next steps for delivery or return of documents.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Florida Notary Public, NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent, and Loan Signing System Certified. I also hold a Florida Real Estate License and carry $1,000,000 in E&O insurance through BIBERK. My background includes over 20 years of contract auditing, giving me a strong eye for detail, accuracy, and compliance.
