Fees depend on the plan you choose. We discuss them with you, and confirm them in a written engagement agreement, before any work begins.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1 - Initial consultation: a conversation about your goals and questions, and whether we're a good fit.
Step 2 - Engagement agreement and questionnaire: if you decide to move forward, you receive an engagement agreement and a questionnaire about your family and assets.
Step 3 - Design meeting: by video or at our Boca Raton office. We review your situation and outline your plan.
Step 4 - Signing: we oversee the proper signing of your documents.
Step 5 - Follow-up: you receive instructions for keeping your documents safe and for next steps such as funding a trust.

Sarah Simani, Esq. graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 2013. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2014 and to the New York bar in 2016, and is a member of The Florida Bar's Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section.
