- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my sessions have a sitting fee that also includes sharable, watermarked digital files. There is separate pricing for printable digitals and other printed products and specialty items. Glamour portraits have package pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients will usually text back-and-forth a couple times with me to answer basic questions, and if we are a good fit we'll talk on the phone. We discuss likes, dislikes, hobbies, what they want from the shoot, and make sure that we're on the same page. I explain to them the process and if they're ready, we begin. I emailed them the contract, they sign and send it back to me, then I collect the payment by PayPal. Once that is completed, I send them their instruction sheet to prepare for the photo shoot. Clients have my personal cell phone so they can call me with any questions or concerns they have leading up to the photo shoot .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some college, lots of workshops and classes under my belt. Networking with other people in the industry and lots of life experience are the best teachers I have had.
