- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tile flooring starts at $2.00 per sq ft and usually includes thin set. Of course there are many variables in each job and I recommend to take advantage of my free consultation and written quote service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the customer at there home, provide consultation and go over particular details of work to be preformed, provide written quote via e mail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years experience operating my own business, 30 yrs practical hands on experience in tile and construction trades.
