What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job gets its own written estimate so you know the real number before we start. I lay out the labor, the materials, and any specialty work so nothing is hidden. I also don't ask for big deposits up front. Payments line up with the stages of the job as we reach them. The estimate is free and there's no pressure, and we are a licensed and insured general contractor so that protection is built into every project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation and a walkthrough so I really understand what you want, your timeline, and your budget. From there you get a clear written scope and price. Once you are happy with it, I handle the permits, the scheduling, and all the trades, and I keep you updated as we hit each stage. With our concierge approach you always have one person to call from the first visit to the final walkthrough.

Gulf Coast Concierge Construction is a Certified General Contractor in Florida, license CGC1529904, serving Southwest Florida since 2020. We stay current on Florida building codes, the wind and hurricane requirements, and local permitting so your project is done right and done to code.
