- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat fee. As a bookkeeper charging hourly is a recipe for disaster. I will not prolong the project or take my sweet time to squeeze you for everything you got. The whole point of hiring a bookkeeper is to be more efficient with your time. This also means I don't charge for phone calls or emails with your questions, the price is what the price is. No hidden BS.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is diagnosing the problem. I'll take a quick peek at your books and put together a plan with exactly what's wrong with them and how it'll be fixed, with approximate timeframes as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Digital Bookkeeper and QuickBooks ProAdvisor. I am also a Digital Bookkeeper Association (DBA) Member.
