- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fair pricing has your budget in mind, and my experience your confidence. If you need consulting services outside of the tax prep or bookkeeping/accounting, message me and we can discuss rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is an informal interview where I get to know the customer a bit and understand their needs. Then after the customer has entrusted me with their needs we either meet in person or remotely to discuss how and when the services will be rendered. Usually this is then followed by exchange of information and/or documents. Once the project/service is complete the customer is notified and documents are returned if requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's in Finance and an MBA in finance from a credible and well accredited university. I have been working in accounting for 10 years now in various businesses and industries. I also have been working with a CPA for the past 4 years in tax prep for business and individual along with accounting/bookkeeping services for small businesses. I plan on pursing my CPA license in the next year or two and continue my education in accounting and tax.
