- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on a needs analysis. Returning customers and customers booking multiple services are offered a packing discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A detailed business needs analysis is conducted. The Job scope is developed based on the results and the goals of the client. A proposal with proposed pricing is presented to the client. Upon approval and execution, a 50% deposit is required. Additional milestones are set with additional payments required. The final payment is required upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
GBDCE Consultants, Speakers, and Trainers has a cumulative of 50 years of experience. Annette Gray Lead Consultant is an MBA with a DBA in Progress. She has successfully served the public sector, private sector, and nonprofit clients. Miss Gray is also a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Consultant.
