I had a consult with Ms. Dixon to see if my case was something worth pursuing. As I was explaining my case (because it's not a simple one) I was cut off multiple times and ultimately cut off for a last time to be told that she was unable to assist me because the case was in another county. While I understand the importance of time and cutting to the chase-it's called being a decent human and professional to provide information so that one can be more educated and knowledgeable about their rights. The whole basis of the contact was just to see if the case was worth pursuing...to cut someone off who asked for help and information to me, is unprofessional and disappointing. I went with this pro because of her 5 star rating but she was very rude and basically left me feeling like I wasn't worth her time.
