I have used Williamson Construction Management for almost 2 years now and the level of professionalism he has is the best you can ask for. Drywall was not installed properly. Drywall on the ceiling caused the A/C wire to be detached. More money had to be spent to repair the A/C When he did the laminated floor panels, he actually sawed the floors inside my house causing sawdust to go everywhere! What a mess! Sawing should have been done outside!!! The floor wasn’t even installed properly The colors should have been spread out The sanding of the drywall had to be done twice! Causing so much of the “powder” from sanding in my house to spread. Clean up was horrible! I had to do most of the cleaning and I’m a retired teacher as well as a grandmother! I would not recommend this company to anyone.
