- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on what kind of program you need, what time frame you want to achieve your goals and what your budget will permit. We try to be flexible with you if you are serious about the doing the work that will be required to move out of your challenge and into the success you desire.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First a new customer completes our assessment online. Second, we will schedule and meet with prospective clients for a complimentary one hour session. In that time, we get to know each other, learn what the challenges are that we will work on, come up with some solutions and strategies that can be implemented immediately, and we will identify your short and long term goal. We offer this to individuals to ensure that we are a good fit for each other. We want to ensure that the work do together will result in the goals that you have. When that session is completed you will know if we are the right team for your needs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The greatest gift we bring to our clients is helping them pause for a moment in their life and connect with or resurface the dreams that they once had for themselves. It is incredible to see the joy that follows their dream being revealed. Once the dream is visible, the fun work begins of creating new tools and ways to respond to life as it unfolds. Our clients range from business owners, individuals, teams, and couples.
