- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job requires a unique approach and therefore pricing, which is why I offer a free estimate visit. I can guarantee it, however, that my price will be the best price based on the quality of service I offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is visit the customer to meet he/she in person, see the job at hand, and talk about the price that is both fair to me and to the customer. I like dealing with the customers myself, in person, so that they get to know me and I can get a chance to know them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with computer engineering for years in my country before moving here, my engineering degree in my country has helped envision a more effective and creative way to install floors, which allows me to offer my customers a better price. Furthermore, I also worked with other companies before venturing into my own business. As a result, I have the manual experience and the mental capability to give you the floors of your dreams!
