- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We currently have no diagnostic fees for new customers, also $59.00 new customer maintenance special. Our normal pricing is based upon materials and labor required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Collect Customer Information We start by gathering basic details about your home or business and the service you need. This helps us understand your goals and prepare for your appointment. Schedule Your Service Next, we’ll schedule a convenient date and time for your estimate or service visit. We value your time and work hard to stay on schedule. Professional Service Visit One of our experienced technicians will arrive on time to perform the requested work or provide a detailed estimate. We’ll explain our findings and answer any questions you have before moving forward. Payment and Completion Once the service is complete, payment is collected at that time — all of our services are COD (Collect on Delivery). We’ll make sure you’re fully satisfied before wrapping up the job.

We hold a Mechanical Contractor’s License and are EPA-certified, ensuring every installation and service meets professional safety and environmental standards. Our technicians also take part in ongoing education and training programs to stay up to date with the latest HVAC technology, energy-efficient solutions, and manufacturer best practices. This commitment to continuous improvement helps us deliver reliable, high-quality service and long-term comfort for every customer.
