- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the same pricing we offer our friends and family. Our goal is to provide over-the-top service at reasonable pricing. You can always inquire about the different types of specials we are running for an additional savings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first listen to our customers and see what THEY want in order to cater our options to THEIR needs. This allows us to offer the best options and save our customers the most amount of money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all certified with the Environmental Protection Agency to handle refrigerants (EPA 608). We are licensed with the highest license type for HVAC for all of Florida (Air A license) and carry a high, $1M liability policy to protect our customers. All of our employees receive 200 hours of paid training per year.
