From the beginning, ALECO exceeded our expectations. We have worked to restore homes for thirty years in four different states. ALECO was not only the best AC service contractor we’ve ever encountered, they are also one of the top vendor service companies we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with on any home repair. The entire team was very conscientious, knowledgeable, and thorough. They consistently tried to limit our costs, and were extremely fair in price, offering tremendous value to our business in the end. All the necessary repairs were explained well and they accommodated our own business schedule for repairs as well so our down time was very limited. The team was incredibly professional, honest, and courteous, respecting our staff and customers as they completed a very complex installation. Alex, John and Janis were incredible in addressing any question or issue that came up. Trainee Stephanie was very pleasant and supportive as well. We purchased two new units from them in the end, and will be having them complete the regular maintenance so long as we’re in FL. ALECO went above an beyond, looking out for our interests the entire way.

We offer the same pricing we offer our friends and family. Our goal is to provide over-the-top service at reasonable pricing. You can always inquire about the different types of specials we are running for an additional savings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first listen to our customers and see what THEY want in order to cater our options to THEIR needs. This allows us to offer the best options and save our customers the most amount of money.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all certified with the Environmental Protection Agency to handle refrigerants (EPA 608). We are licensed with the highest license type for HVAC for all of Florida (Air A license) and carry a high, $1M liability policy to protect our customers. All of our employees receive 200 hours of paid training per year.
