Scheduling was fast, communication was exceptional, and they actually showed up when they said they would, which already puts them wayyyy ahead of most contractors. Im pretty sure the technicians name was Paul, and this guy was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and explained the issue in plain English instead of trying to confuse me into a bigger bill. I went to use my bathroom when he started working on my air handler, and before I could even flush, I get a phone call from the guy letting me know he was finished. How the hell did he finish his business before I finished mine? No clue. Will I be using his services again? Absolutely. My system now runs colder, quieter, and more efficiently than when I even moved in here 2 years ago. Reliable, straightforward, punctual, knowledgeable, genuine, passionate, and worth calling again.
