FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive and transparent pricing tailored to the complexity of each case. I provide flat fees for many criminal defense matters so there are no surprises. Payment plans may be available depending on the situation. My goal is to make quality legal defense accessible without sacrificing excellence.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free initial consultation to learn the details of your case and explain your rights. From there, I provide a clear action plan and quote. I believe in direct communication and make sure my clients understand each step of the process. If we move forward, I’ll begin reviewing evidence and building your defense immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Joint J.D./LL.M. from Stetson University College of Law, one of the top trial advocacy schools in the country. I also have both a bachelor's and a master's degree in criminology, and I’m currently pursuing my Ph.D. in criminal justice. This academic background gives me a deep understanding of the criminal justice system and the science behind crime and punishment.
