I have been in the visual arts business for over twenty years, working at the highest levels of the advertising industry primarily Toronto, but also LA, New York and Chigago. I have won many awards over the years as a photographer, film director and editor including a Gold Bessie for the best TV commercial in Canada and a First Cut award given annually to the top five new commercial directors in Canada. We had 4 generations of women between 6 months and 94 years old. Allan was great working with us. We had a good time at the shoot. He was professional in guiding our poses, and was patient when the baby needed a break. He worked with the natural light and then set up his own "studio" at my mother's building. He had all the photos to us promptly the next day.

Allan was amazing and took his time with the photo shoot. as the baby was 3 weeks old. He shot over 600 images and I got the pictures within a few hours so we could choose which ones we want edited. very professioanal. I will be going to him to capture the growth of my grandaughter I did alot of research and pricing and found he was the most reasonablly priced but did not lack on quality.

Custom pricing based on the specifics of each project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I will gather as much information as I can from email requests and follow-up phone calls to produce and accurate brief for the project. If necessary, we can meet either at my studio or a location of your choice. Once I am comfortable that I understand your needs I will produce a quote and present it with my recommendations for achieving the best outcome for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Orginally from Toronto, Canada,I have over twenty years of photographic and filmmaking experience. It is a family business as both my father and brother have enjoyed successful careers as cinematographers, I have worked with almost every big-name national advertising agency in North America and have worn numerous awards, including Art Director's Club, Marketing Awards, Bessie awards 9The Canadian version of the CLIO's) and others. In 1992 I won the Gold Bessie for the best TV commercial in Canada and in 1996 I won a First Cut award as one of the top 5 new directors in Canada. I have recently moved to Sarasota with my wife and two small children and have invested in a state of the art studio and am looking to use my experience to build a commercial photography clientele here.
