My husband travels so he was worried about estimators and and installers being here without him around. ASAP always called before showing up and there whole team was super professional. They gave me an estimate on someone else’s property. I informed them of that mistake. Didn’t hear anything after that for awhile. Now they came back saying the charge is $75.00 to come out and give an estimate because the estimate they gave me was under $1,500. It doesn’t seem they want my business. I tried, but this establishment doesn’t seem to understand they pulled up the incorrect property on their satellite and gave me an estimate based on that information. I have to say they responded quickly when I requested an estimate but from there they did not follow through. That’s not good business.
