Two ladies arrived when expected and did a great job for us ... the house has been having some renovations so the amount of extra dirt was significant. They left a short time ago and I haven't had a chance to look closely at everything, however, I would venture to guess that it was all done to my complete satisfaction!

Casella Services did a good job on our house and especially loved the communication and punctuality. Value was very reasonable. Some areas were missed but all we had to do was ask them to redo it and they were very gracious to do so.

Work was good. We asked for standard cleaning but they kept going with deep cleaning. Originally quoted $150-200. The cleaning people did not speak English. We spoke with owner over the phone and told him all was well. Then it was $230. I decided to leave it alone. Plus we tipped the ladies. Just not understanding why things happen the way they do…but I didn’t want to chince the workers…they did a good job.
