Very pleasant crew! We don’t speak their language but they did seem to understand us enough to communicate answers. The owner, Eddie, runs his business very professionally. We are new to this state so we went on reviews to decide on calling Casella Services. Reviews were right!!

At first, it was great, I thought Eddie was there to save the day, with as fast as he responded. I Hired Eddie to do my project. He filed for the building permit, and I was ready to write him a check for the permit. Eddie insisted I provide a credit card to keep on file, but I insisted on a check. Eddie never provided the city what they needed. I reached out to him several times over the next 4 weeks, anticipating Eddie's response to give him an opportunity to tell me if he intended to follow through and complete the work we agreed in the contract or not. Eddie ghosted me. That, was a first! I had to find new contractors and start the permitting process all over again.

Casella Services did a good job on our house and especially loved the communication and punctuality. Value was very reasonable. Some areas were missed but all we had to do was ask them to redo it and they were very gracious to do so.
