At first, it was great, I thought Eddie was there to save the day, with as fast as he responded. I Hired Eddie to do my project. He filed for the building permit, and I was ready to write him a check for the permit. Eddie insisted I provide a credit card to keep on file, but I insisted on a check. Eddie never provided the city what they needed. I reached out to him several times over the next 4 weeks, anticipating Eddie's response to give him an opportunity to tell me if he intended to follow through and complete the work we agreed in the contract or not. Eddie ghosted me. That, was a first! I had to find new contractors and start the permitting process all over again.

Two ladies arrived when expected and did a great job for us ... the house has been having some renovations so the amount of extra dirt was significant. They left a short time ago and I haven't had a chance to look closely at everything, however, I would venture to guess that it was all done to my complete satisfaction!
