FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's not too complicated, but we do have overhead. Equipment and products, making sure our employees are compensated at the high end of the industry standards to avoid turnover, fuel and travel. But, we strive to keep the cost to the client very affordable. I'd rather make less and keep my clients and my employees happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since every customer is unique in their needs, it is extremely important to both of us that I learn and fully understand the needs that I will be addressing for the client from day one. My goal is to start out and keep the client happy from the beginning..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I love going to trade shows, and so does my husband Ross. The industry basics don't really change much anymore, but the equipment sure can. And as we look to the future of IGS, it's always good to have the information about products and equipment.
