This was my first time using Paws R Us in home grooming for dogs. Their communication is excellent and respond very quickly to all inquiries.I requested first appointment of the day and the groomer texted when she was on the way.Josey arrived on time and met my dogs, 2 long haired Dachshunds, on their terms. She was very calm, professional and caring. She probably gave them the best haircuts ever!! They both were very calm afterwards which indicates how comfortable they were. The only drawback was the cleanup of dog hair. Dachshunds shed a lot😞That’s no fault of hers, just the breed. It was really nice not having to drive them back and forth to the groomer. Another nice feature was she could ask me questions of what I wanted with their grooming and I could hear her speaking softly to them. Job well done!!

They come to your home, and groom them IN YOUR HOUSE, where you know how your baby is handled! Your pet isn't left in a cage for hours, scared to death by other barking dogs! They're happy & secure in their own safe environment! And they look gorgeous when Paw R Us have completed their grooming! They're on time, and efficient! Leaving a clean space, happy pup, and relived pet owner!

If you’re looking for a reliable, sincere, patient, and trustworthy groomer please look no further. After experiencing issues in the past with groomers being too rough or aggressive with my anxious dogs, Kris in the west valley has gone above and beyond for my fur babies. She took her time and really made sure that my babies were really taken care of. I cannot thank her enough. By the end of the service they looked fabulous and were so excited to see her and play with her. I have never had such a comforting experience with a groomer. They turned out absolutely fabulous and they seem so much more at ease and less anxious even today. Thank you Kris.

Paws R Us came to my house and groomed my miniature schnauzer. He got a bath, haircut, and nail trim… came back looking like a completely different dog.
Super convenient having them come to the house and clean up after they finished. It was way easier than doing the whole drop off situation. We booked the next appointment before she even left!

This was our first experience with an at home groomer. She walked in with a calm confident demeanor and asked all of the necessary questions about our preferences and how she could make sure our pet was comfortable. I definitely will be booking an at home service with her in the future!
