Didn’t edit a single shot. Took one photo per room. Didn’t bother to showcase any aspect of the house for me to be able to market it. Even after I extensively explained the purpose for The photos and my expectations (as an Airbnb host). She said she could deliver and now I’m able to use 4 pictures out of 23 she took. I have rooms of the house where you can’t even see the floor, pieces of furniture, accents, etc. It is the most mediocre work I’ve paid someone good money to do. The worst part is that the photos on her profile do not reflect this kind of work. So it makes you wonder who took them. I very much doubt it was the same person. She speaks of having years of experience and an “artistic vision” none of this is true.
When I contacted her to try to resolve this her answer was “this is our real estate picture package and I will not refund you any money.” Mind you, I contacted her in the nicest way possible precisely to avoid writing this. Disappointed and duped are an understatement. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. There’s a reason why she has only one review.
