VPK Plumbing did an excellent job! Tom was friendly, professional, and an outstanding communicator from start to finish. Scheduling with him was easy, and he and Hector arrived prepared—even bringing extra valves just in case. They installed our bidet toilets perfectly, completing everything within the estimated timeframe and budget. When unexpected issues came up, they quickly pivoted and still got the job done without any delays. I also appreciated their respect for our home; they took off their shoes in carpeted areas because we have family members sensitive to dirt. That level of care really stood out. We’ll definitely be using Tom and VPK Plumbing again for future plumbing projects!

I really can’t say enough good things about the installer. The plumber Javier kept us informed on his arrival time,. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. A true professional! He did an excellent job. He was extremely committed to doing the best possible job considering the circumstances. Very satisfied with the worker and the clean up he did. I loved 2 of the 3 toilets done. One had a cracked flange. He use a metal replacement flange ring. That toilet seal adhesive caulk didn’t came out with the same finish flush as the other ones. The original toilet mounting flange was set up incorrectly higher than the floor level when the house was built. He went out of his way to make certain that the job was done properly. He got the work completed in a very timely manner and communicated with me every step of the way. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 stars because Contractor Tom got me scheduled right away. He was good throughout the process but not excellent. I was told by him that he was licensed and insured. I asked several times to provide me his business license number and he failed to provide it to me. Trustworthy plumbers prioritize transparency. He didn’t. I wasn’t able to research his reputation. I was not able to find an address for him or to obtain his business license information. I was skeptic to begin with. I definitely recommend to use VPK Plumbing if you’re willing to accept the lack of the company’s information. Javier’s job was, by far, the best and for the lowest value. You need to make sure to request his services. What a young man with a pleasant personality!
