Juan and Elite Tile Floors was excellent! They did a great job on my tile floor project. Very easy communication. Price was very fair. Project was complete in 3 days. They even went back and redid my grout when I didn't like how it turned out at first (before it dried). Crew was on time daily and very professional. They picked up and delivered the tile I purchased. I will definitely hire them for my next tile project, which will be kitchen back splash.

They did a great job on our tile floor. Set our appointment within 3 days of coming out for an estimate. Everything was cleaned up nicely at the end of each day and they did a great overall clean once the project was finished.

Juan and his crew were very neat. They did a lot of prep work to protect. And used a dustless system when they demo'd the floor tile. Their workmanship is of high quality with attention to detail. They don't forget anything..they replaced tile flooring in both kitchen and bath with waterproof laminate that matched the rest of my condo. They replaced all baseboards, matched quarter rounds to my cabinets and flooring. And installed a new toilet. This was done in 2 days time!! On day 3 they installed a new backsplash in my kitchen and completed all the finishing details. Oh and installed a new exaust fan in my master bath. Their work is beautiful I highly recommend them for any project.

We try to make sure that everything is affordable for our customers and that all the pricing and estimates have been fully reviewed and gone through and that our customer will be satisfied with our price range and fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first plan out the job and estimates in order to fully make sure that everything will be, not just a great job, but a perfect job in the eyes of our clients. After doing so we gather our resources and workers and then work our magic. Me along with my co workers make sure everything falls in line of the perfect job for our customers in order to fulfill their vision of a dream home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve had over 18 years of experiencei in the line of work that I have been in, which includes Construction manger and Home Remodeling certification in flooring ,drywall , painting We try and do everything that fits our clients vision of a perfect job and make it a reality and make sure they are satisfied.
