- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer it’s is imperative that the event is discussed in great detail to ensure that I have a full understanding on what the customers vision is for their catering event .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
New York and Florida state food safety certified . Gaduated from the advance culinary program at the cooperative technical school of education in Manhattan ,NY.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
For as long as I can remember I have always loved cooking . It is an art and a universally spoken language . My early obsession is the reaction of the recipient when I provide a life changing culinary experience.
