We had a great experience getting our exterior of our home painted by Original Florida Painting Company. Rob the owner met us personally at our house for the estimate and explained their painting process and answered our questions. The team was friendly and performed high-quality and efficient work. We were painting for resale and it looks like a brand new house. It sold yesterday at the first showing to a buyer! I’ve included a before photo with the dated yellow exterior.

From start to finish, this was an incredibly seamless process and I trusted the painters in my home while I wasn’t present. Receipts were provided for additional paint purchases and made it so my total cost was completely transparent to the original quote. (final invoice can be split into multiple if needed 👍🏼) Rob met with me promptly for the initial walk of the property, and at a time that worked for me. Once the job was complete, Jose came for the final walkthrough, again, at a time that worked for me, and completed the very small touch ups with ease. For this job, I got the main spaces on the top and bottom floor painted a nice clean white and all baseboards the same with semigloss. This truly made my home feel brighter and more open to pair with my white pine floors. If you have any questions or requests at all about your paint job, Rob will happily answer you and help to meet your end goal. *I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and I have NO NEGATIVE comments. I will be reaching out for an exterior paint job at a later time.
