I spoke with Steve about spider/fire ant/wasps. Summer time here in florida is no joke when it comes to these nasty insects. He was very informative and prompt to answer my questions. Mike and Ryan showed up today to service our home, there was a bit of confusion at first about pricing as I was not aware that dusting an attic was extra. However, it is potentially not needed anyway. I signed up for the quarterly service and am hopeful it will help. I will update in a few weeks. I'm giving 5 stars because they were friendly and Ryan was very personable. Thanks, guys. I hope this truly helps! UPDATE: The spider situation got worse because the poison caused them to come out of hiding. I was bit by one while sleeping. As soon as I let Steve know, he came out on his DAY OFF to help us and retreat. Our family is so grateful for his kindess. This is a new construction home too so we were all surprised that the spider issue was so bad. Thank you, Steve!!!!!!!!

Once I gave up trying to get rid of these ants on my own, I began calling 10+ local companies for quotes and information. Most never got back to me despite multiple attempts to speak to someone or when I did finally get a hold of someone they didn't seem interested. When I called EcoSmart, I got a response immediately which is great since I hateee making phone calls. They went into great detail about the services they provide and that it's not just spraying and then leaving. They move appliances and switch plates and go into places to stop bugs before they can even get into the house. They were right on par price wise based on the quotes from the companies that I spoke with. The next day I got a follow up call asking if I had additional questions or if I had made a decision. As soon as I got that call, that was all I needed and asked for the next available appointment. I had someone here within a day and worked quickly even though my dog was bugging him for attention the entire time. I've never been so happy to see dead bugs before and it has made such a difference!

EcoSmart has incredible personable technicians. They were on time and delivered as promised. Great customer service!! It was like dealing with family! Thoroughly explained their process and by the way, they actually use environmentally safe products! I highly recommend them!

They are super amazing and considerate. Duane was extremely awesome with coming to our house, being considerate of our pets, and mindful of our schedules. I havent seen any ants, silverfish, or cockroaches since they came. Any questions I have, I can call the office and they are promptly responded to. Very cool and easy to use company.
