- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are less than the larger companies and beat all competitors written estimates. We offer senior and veterans discounts. We waive the service call charge when you agree to have work done. ($40 value)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to evaluate the situation over the phone to make sure the customer has an idea of what we can offer them and to get information about the problem. After that, we schedule an appointment as soon as possible to handle whatever work is needed. We always try to work around the clients schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the garage door industry for over a decade and have been trained by the best. I specialize in all brands of residential doors and openers.
