One-Hour Consultation Fee: $100 Hourly Working Rate: $30
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first advise the customer about my one-hour consultation fee. If they agree, then I meet with them at their home and ask what their needs are in order to sell their home more swiftly and at a higher price. I then walk around the home and give them ideas on how to reorganize their spacing of furniture, suggest accessories to highlight a room and make it warmer and inviting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2006, I graduated with an Associate Degree in Interior Design from International Academy of Design and Technology in Tampa, Florida; a 3.6 GPA.
