Dexter is very professional and conscientious and is very through. He worked very hard to complete the job and gave me proof to get Spectrem to do their job and replace my Router. The TV works fine now but not for Dexter I would still be fighting Spectrum.

Dexter was terrific! He had to get a couple of boards ordered to repair my Sony Bravia TV...got the boards and was here the next day just as planned...I would recommend Brockman Repair Service whenever you need help with your electronics!

Half of my Samsung 55" Smart TV was in a dark shadow: After describing my TV issue in the Thumbtack app, this repair company was suggested. Having a Samsung, I called them 1st and this company was also recommended as a local option. I was able to text more detailed info to Brockman Repair and received a reply and phone call in less than 1 hour. I was informed of the cost of the part and the labor. My TV was picked up the next morning and repaired when promised. It was returned the next day (exactly 1 week) and works like new. See before (1st pic) and after (2nd pic).
