We avoid pushy salesmanship with long winded “presentations” meant to get you to sign on the spot contracts at outrageous prices. We encourage our customers to get multiple quotes. I got 5 quotes to replace my windows & doors. This company was by far the best in both prices, quality of product and timeline. Their price was 35% less than the next closest quote. Tampa area has a problem with big companies who have a tight grip and ripping people off. One company said the sliding door alone would be more than $10,000 and refused to give me a quote because the home was under renovation and I didn’t anywhere for them to sit to give me a “presentation”. I just wanted hurricane impact windows!? These windows feel sturdy. No cheap plastic (vinyl). They slide so smooth and their locks feel significant. The energy efficiency is almost identical but most importantly, my home is now protected to cat 5 debris & impact. I don’t have to worry about putting up plyboard. Happy customer 10/10

Our prices are straight forward. We often do have manufacturer sponsored offers which is always pass on to our customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer contacts us, we schedule an appointment to do window/door measurements. Talk about the options available and what the customer wants. We don’t push you into an on the spot contract. We usually will have the final estimate within 24-48 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We work closely with inspectors and county officials to ensure our work always exceed their standards. We also attend quarterly meetings with our manufacturer to stay on top of code changes, manufacturing and timelines. Our manufacturer wants to make sure their products are installed to their specifications and the provide seminars for us.
