- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are straight forward. We often do have manufacturer sponsored offers which is always pass on to our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer contacts us, we schedule an appointment to do window/door measurements. Talk about the options available and what the customer wants. We don’t push you into an on the spot contract. We usually will have the final estimate within 24-48 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We work closely with inspectors and county officials to ensure our work always exceed their standards. We also attend quarterly meetings with our manufacturer to stay on top of code changes, manufacturing and timelines. Our manufacturer wants to make sure their products are installed to their specifications and the provide seminars for us.
