Most Honest and very knowledgeable. Instead of giving me the same chat that I need a new system, he worked hard on what I have and extended its life a little more, which gives me time to save for a new system. Don was so helpful, that when it’s time to upgrade, he will be the only one I will call. No question…. At my initial consultation I expressed I didn’t want to throw money at my current system if it wasn’t capable of cooling my home. I was assured my unit was in good shape and only needed to have the coils cleaned. 1,500 dollars later I’m in the same position I started in. They came out a second time and merely adjusted a few diverters on my vents and took a pound of refrigerant out of my system to lower the pressure. Was also instructed to buy a different style of filter , which I did. If your unit is on the roof like mine, you’ll need to supply them with a ladder as well.
