Dan was right on time as we had setup. We had Dan spakle our drywall and put up curtains and tie backs. He also put together a home popcorn machine, took down the air vents that had to be cleaned, put up a tv wall mount and fixed doors on an empty cabinet. I highly recommend Dan for your handyman needs. Dan will be returning next week because I had forgotten to order teak oil to have him put on our outdoor wooden furniture.

Daniel is now my permanent Handyman and is very knowledgeable! Daniel came to our rescue at the last minute to put our screen lani doors back up that was left on the lawn by the construction crew. Daniel will complete that job this weekend and start a new electrical project this week that I have been wanting for many many years!!

I had been through the mill with Handymen! No shows, half completed sloppy work, etc. Daniel is such a honest, hard working young man. I will never have to look for another Handyman again 😊 UpDate Daniel was going to come out to do additional work. Price was fair at $100. However wanted to actually an additional cost of $50 for gas! Seriously??? Not happening.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a regular fee of $65/hr a transportation fee of $50/day I have a minimum charge of 2hours and one days worth of gas for all basic at home projects besides: (Flooring, Painting, Tile, Roofing, Attic work Hauling trash & Complete rebuilds) Work days Mon/Friday 9am-6pm Sat/Sun 10am-5pm
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally start with a message on thumbtack offering to talk on the phone to discuss the details of the job to gather info weather or not a on site estimate will need to be made if not go from there to get materials and set up a date and time the best fits your schedule to get your next home improvements/remodels done
