Kolleen, I have no idea why YOU WAITED 2 YEARS (party was in Dec. 31, 2016) to make this report. I apologized at the time and offered to make it up to you another day no charge. As I said at the time, I gave our employee the day off to attend a family party and I cover your party. I was completely set up before I discovered the camera box was empty. The next day after talking to the employee we figured out that our camera must have been stolen at the last event since the camera box was not taken our employee did not realize it was empty. I sincerely apologized to you 2 years ago and I do again now for your inconvenience but mistakes do happen in everyday businesses. Again I offer our sincerest apologies and the bottom line it was My Responsibility to check the equipment inventory before leaving for your event and I accept the responsibility. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?As newer equipment becomes available one of us will study the item and manufacturer data and pass the information to everyone else. As a collective we know more than any one of us alone.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Retired to early and decided to do something I love more then any other job and that is taking pictures. A year ago I discovered the photo booth industry and the rest is history. I love my job.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Align with their event theme in any way possible which at time can be very difficult.
