FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have been on a plethora of projects. From recording live bands so that club owners can hear how they really sound, helping a future kid's show with songs kids and adults can listen to and most recently helping artist/bands write songs and creating a marking strategy to let the world hear what they have to offer. I am a really optimistic person and its easy for me to be because I am doing what I love. When I am working on a project I feel honored to be apart of your music making process. Like I say to all my clients, Producers have a hard task. We are like painters, you tell us what you see the song being and through your descriptions we paint the picture you see in your head. I am always open to working on new projects so I would love to hear the ideas you all have.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The most important thing to ask before you work with any producer is to hear their previous work. Listen to the songs and look for those simple mistakes, like out of tune guitars, drums that aren't on time and vocals that are barred in the mix. The second thing you should ask for is a reference. Call this artist or band and ask them about their experience with the Producer. The third and final thing when looking to hire a Producer is talk to contact more than just one. Contact every Producer within a 20-30 mile radius and keep tabs on who had the best sounding songs and who had the best reference. You need to work with someone who will take what you have and take it to that level you are hearing in your head. Don't think that just because they have a lot of equipment that they know how to use it.
