Monica Kruse

Introduction: Monica holds a Chilean B.A in Theater and Stage Communication, she is passionate about movement, health and the expression of the human body. During her career as an actress and dancer, she realized that manual therapy was a very important component in her recovery and performance, so she decided to move to Argentine to study Kinesiology and Physical Therapy to deepen her scientific knowledge regarding physiology, anatomy and biomechanics of the human body. Her interest in therapies and exercise have motivated her to obtain Yoga, Fitness, Feldenkrais, Alexander Instructor certifications. Five years ago she moved to the US and has worked as a Dance Teacher, Yoga Instructor, Fitness and Nutrition Advisor NASM, Group Fitness Intructor NASM-AFAA, Certified Personal Trainer NASM -AFAA and as Chiropractor Assistant. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist and continues to deepen the relevance of muscle health as a preventive health care and its importance for longevity. In her therapies, she applies postural analysis to correct through exercises and/or manual techniques such as sports massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular, trigger point, myofascial release, stretching, PNF streching, MET, Swedish massage, among others.
