FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees or surprise charges. Our quotes include complete installation, labor, and electrical work—not just the equipment. While we’re not always the cheapest option, we focus on providing fair and competitive pricing for quality work that’s built to last. We’re happy to explain every line of our quote so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we work with a new customer, we start by listening first—to understand your needs, your home, and your budget. From there, we usually schedule a free onsite estimate where the owner personally inspects your system, answers any questions, and explains your options clearly—without pressure or a sales pitch. If you decide to move forward, we handle everything: from permitting and scheduling to full installation, electrical work, and a complete system check. Once the job is done, we walk you through the new system, show you best practices for efficiency and maintenance, and make sure you feel comfortable before we leave. Our goal is to make the entire process simple, transparent, and stress-free—and to be available anytime you need us afterward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’re state-licensed HVAC contractors with years of hands-on field experience in installation, service, and repair of residential and light commercial systems. In addition to formal technical training and certification, we stay up to date through manufacturer training programs, continuing education courses, and keeping current with the latest energy-efficient technologies and building codes. Because we’re owner-operated, the person working on your system isn’t just a technician—it’s someone who has invested years into mastering the trade and understands how to do the job right the first time.
