About this pro
Everything went very well! Great service for a great price.May 9, 2016
I won DJ Sooky at a Bridal Show in Fort Myers. We were so grateful to have him play at our wedding reception. He did a fantastic job! We were running behind because of all the traffic on the beach but he was able to work with us. Every one had a blast and we danced all night long! I would recommend him to anyone and use him again for a party.May 6, 2016
Thank you for your engagement with the 7-Eleven Grand OpeningDec 14, 2015
DJ Sooky did a great job at my wedding reception. I booked him just a few days before the wedding because the person that was supposed to do it did not come through. I am very thankful he was able to provide his services for my event. The songs he played were a great fit for the crowd and everyone had a great time. I didn't have any pre-planned songs for him to play in particular so I left the music entirely up to him and it turned out better than if I had picked out songs so just trust your dj will feel out the crowd and everything will be fine!! Thanks a bunch!Oct 27, 2015
DJ Sooky was awesome!! Completely flexible with all of our requests. Kept the life of the party alive by his vivacious personality. Would get this group again. He came highly recommended by the venue we reserved with a reasonable price for a DJ. I could go on about how great he was but I'll leave the suspense for you! :)Jul 27, 2015

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?First of all, make sure that you feel comfortable with the company representative that you talk to during your first contact. There are a lot of choices. Remember, the DJ company you choose will play a big part in the success or failure of your reception. You must like the people you are dealing with! Second, don't be afraid to ask a lot of questions. Most people rarely hire a DJ in their lifetime, so you are not alone if you feel like you aren't sure what to ask. Any company that isn't more than happy to help you get what you want, and answer all of your questions, should send up a warning sign. Finally, try to resist shopping price. Most wedding horror stories involving a DJ start with a couple who found a cheap company or individual. Most people budget thousands of dollars for their wedding.....ask yourself if it makes sense to save a hundred dollars on what will probably be the most important factor in determining the success of your reception. You really do get what you pay for.
