Introduction: I am a licensed general contractor and was a certified home inspector in Southern California with high moral values and ideals. I have over 25 years experience as a licensed general contractor in California and a distinct knowledge of proper building methods, processes and codes after my many years of experience in building and specialty electrical contracting as well as other experiences that also included inspections for FEMA after hurricanes Charley and Frances in Florida. I've conducted well over a hundred home inspections over just a few years including quality control in my building contracting and inspection work for common and high end residential construction as well as for large commercial projects per local building codes and ICC standards in California and Florida. I have a great crew of professionals and tradesmen that can assist with just about any project. I'm now engaged in looking for people and companies that I can help with my professional experience for providing anything from general contracting, handyman and other trades and jobs with construction management of larger projects. I am also always interested in expanding my network of preferred other tradesmen and contracting companies of whom I demand only the best work for my customers and ongoing clients.
