They got right on the job and did whatever they could to cut me the best deal possible. Do yourself a favor and hire them, it'll save you a ton of stress knowing you're getting good honest people on the job

I had a back lanai ceiling that was deteriorating. Dan was the only contractor to pick up the phone. We met soon after to discuss the job. Dan saw my vision and offered suggestions that were exactly what I wanted. He also was honest and told me when something would be very expensive.
The crew was excellent. Great at what they do. My project took some time but I added other projects during the progress.
In the end everything looks great and I couldn't be happier. It's like living in a new house.

After explain in detail by phone we agreed on a specific time to meet. They rescheduled " forgot about a very important meeting" no show on the second attempt, not even a call. I called and the seemed confused to as what we were doing. After talking it through I was expecting an email and never got it with information pertaining to our 3 attempt. If you don't want the job just say so. No need for nonsense!

Gulf Water Builders received your referral on 5/9/16. We sent an immediate response that day to call our office and set up apt. Customer requested to call him after 9am the following day. Called the customer as requested and had to leave a message on 5/10/16. We received a call back that day from the customer and set up an Estimate Apt on 5/12/16. The time of Estimate needed to be pushed to a later time, ok with customer. Dan Jennings - Owner, gave customer a call regarding his requests and needs for home project. Dan received all information from customer and stated we have to send off a quote to our vendor for pricing on 5/12 pm. As of 5/16/16 quote is still pending.
