I hired Sarah to create a Facebook group I wanted to start in St. Louis, MO. Being old and not very tech-savvy, I knew next to nothing about how to do that. Looking through Thumbtack, I immediately noticed her Exceptional 5-star rating, so I figured she must know what she’s doing. Wow, was I right! Sarah asked very detailed questions about what I was looking for and proceeded to build a group that not only met but more than exceeded my expectations. She has been there to hold my hand all along the way and is always offering suggestions about ways to grow our group.
