Introduction: I do not work by the hour I charge based on the job and difficulty irrigation services start at $35. For a full tune up. Please look through the photos provided I do A lot more then handyman work there are photos of full bath remodels and additional rooms added into basement including adding bathrooms. As well as deck renovation and installation irrigation services and landscape lighting as well. I am honest and detail oriented and get the job completed properly the first time. I have worked in all phases of construction I have always enjoyed working with my hands and rebuilding broken things.I have been around construction my entire life.

Paul was awesome! Contacted me almost immediately. Came out the next day and gave me written estimates on 2nd story deck repairs (joists and deck board replacement) Could tell just from speaking with him that he was reliable and hard working. After getting some other comparable cost estimates and talking it over with my wife, we agreed to go with Paul, so I contacted him and gave him deposit via Venmo and we agreed on start date the following week. 2 days before start date Paul texted me and asked if he could come a day early. When does that ever happen? He arrived when he said he would but didn’t have his helper on short notice. Nonetheless he put in a hard days work (did about 1/4 of the job) and said he’d be back early the next day! Arrived the next day- again no helper! So I offered to chip in and help him get it done and we finished the job together on the 2nd day. Paul is friendly, courteous, professional, thinks things through and doesn’t cut corners. He left the work area clean each day and I’d not hesitate to use him again for other projects.

I bought the wrong size screws and Paul was very patient with me when I had to go to the local hardware store TWICE. He ended up using his own screws (I reciprocated by giving him the correct screws I bought). He completed the job quickly and professionally.

I charge a $65 fee to set an appointment. Depending on size of job. My estimate includes the cost of materials as if you went and purchased them yourself I add a labor fee and we come to an agreement.
