What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard pricing for small jobs such as painting and pressure washing services, but the larger and more complex jobs are unique and require a different approach. However we always thrive to achieve the lowest competitive price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first contact you to schedule a time to inspect the property, in order to understand better the job and give you the best possible estimate. If we agreed to proceed with the job in question we will be available to answer any questions you might have before during and after the job is completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a team that consists of engineers, project managers, general contractors and estimators that are available to answer any question you might have about the job.
