Do not use this contractor for anything. He is a smooth talker but don't believe what he says. My experience with him is as follows: Dishonest, sub-par workmanship, does not have any capital to operate his business, will take your money and not finish the job, or not pay his subcontractors, (this would lead to them putting a lien on your property), takes a two month job and turns it into a nine month job and still not finished. You will need to hire other contractors to fix his work. BEWARE

Not sure the above review is for real. I have used this contractor for many projects and his work is outstanding. He is very meticulous and his quality shows. He does everything! I have had him do remodeling and cabinetry. I found his prices reasonable and he got the job done when he projected to get it completed.

I hired Brad to do cabinets for my kitchen and bathrooms. The finish product was more than I expected. The drawers were all tongue and groove and all wood. Nothing like you can buy now a days. The doors he milled himself to the design I wanted. Very happy with my cabinets. Hire him!

Not every person that hangs a hammer on his hip is a carpenter, take the time to check references and get multiple estimates, and if you take the cheapest price you're most likely going to get substandard results.
