- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have built over 100 websites of all different types: from simple business sites and eCommerce sites, to social networking, dating sites and directories; so my quoting process is very accurate. My proposals are very detailed and concise, so any work outside the scope of our proposals will be an additional charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A telephone or face-to-face interview with the client is all it takes to understand a client's goals. I add my marketing expertise and extensive web site development knowledge to suggest additional possibilities that may available that perhaps the client never even thought about.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 25 years as a marketing consultant to small and medium businesses. Over 20 years designing and developing websites that can be found in the search engines.
