Mitch was awesome. Whole process took about two weeks. He was able to go around our property and seal up all entrances where rats may have been entering into our attic. He placed traps after and followed up to make sure all of the rats had left our attic. Once the rodent treatment was complete, Mitch came back with his crew to kill off any remaining rat scent in our insulation, then topped off our insulation to bring it up to code. He was fantastic and we would highly recommend him to anyone!

Can’t say enough good things about Mitch and team. Been dealing with a raccoon infestation under my crawl space and backyard.

Mitch explained the process in detail and came back diligently day after day to check the traps. All in all we got about a dozen over the course of 2 weeks.
He finished off the service by sealing the underside of the house as well as spraying and disinfecting so they won’t be attracted to the area again.

Shows a true compassion for the wild life which I find rare in this field.
