- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complex at all. 100.00 service charge - this gets me to your home and covers up to the first half hour of labor. After the first half hour, any remaining time is billed at a rate of 60/hr. If there is to be an ordered part, I charge just the actual labor upon return to repair, no additional service fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No different than a current customer. Fair and direct, honest and proactive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take seminars as they become available, but with technology these days, information is readily available any time I need and or want it.
